1.Greeting guests/visitors to the office
2.Operation of telephone switchboard ie receives and answers incoming calls and transfer to the department and individual properly.
3.In charge of the flight tickets booking, hotel reservation and transportation for all associates'travel requirement
4.Sort and distribute incoming mailing to staff, prepare outgoing mail and maintains postage records
5.Maintenance of the pantry adn manage the stationary inventroy
6.Booking and preparing the meeting room.
7.Maintenance of office plants
Qualifications Required :
College degree or above
1~2 years working experience in receptionist or office administration area
Good attitude and service iriented
Good English language skill
Good MS Office skill
