We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
-Proactively explore business opportunities with new and existing clients, and highlight the niche proposition of HSBC Securities Services.
-Target key prospects to develop strong pipeline and source new mandates for HSBC Securities Services. Position to win HSBC Securities Services mandates by being fully conversant with relevant product characteristics. Arrange client events, join roadshows, and provide regular market updates to clients.
-Manage the deal pipeline process, once identified, through to implementation including: assembling the appropriate deal approval process
working with product & client management to package the best solution
championing complex deals or multi-product opportunities through the deal review process.
-Service key clients and provide a high quality value added service experience across all the client organization. Participate in RFP and SLA preparation/negotiation and other marketing support to drive sales activities.
-Provide solution for all escalated service related issues and co-ordinate resolution.
-Conduct regular service reviews and develop action plans to confirm commitment and optimize service levels.
-Maintain strong product knowledge and provide expertise on custody services.
-Perform industry and competitor analysis to explore opportunity for new products.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-Solid working experience in Custody business with sound track record.
-Good understanding of Custody product and operational flow of custody business.
-Services oriented, can understand client’s need and exceed client’s expectation.
-Familiar with relevant regulations, including but not limited to QDII/RQDII/QDLP/PFM.
-Knowledge of international securities market requirements and practices.
-Fluent written and verbal English.
-Highly motivated self-starter, resourceful, innovative, dynamic, high energy levels , able to perform well under stressful conditions, flexible, team worker.
-Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships at varying levels of seniority is critical.
-Strong and demonstrated communication, influence, negotiation and problem solving skills.
