Perform all financial planning.
Prepare and Manage Budgets and annual accounts.
Ensure efficient and effective accounting and administration systems and processes are in place.
Manage and predict cash flow, financial risks and capital structure.
Responsibility for ensuring that the business is compliant with all internal and external accounting, financial, tax and legal requirements. Set up and implement an appropriate and effective audit and review programs. Take action to rectify as required.
Research and report on factors influencing business performance.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Provide management information which is accurate, timely, and informative.
Monitor trends and produce projections to check and challenge performance.
Knowledge & Qualifications
Degree in economics or business administration.
Fluency in English and Chinese.
In-depth knowledge in the management area.
Minimum experience of 5 years.
Already a Finance Manager with a proven record of success and ideally from or with experience in a multinational environment.
Have the presence, leadership skills and emotional intelligence to command the respect of the Top Management, Employees, and Business Partners.
Forward thinking, capable of developing a clear strategic vision for the successful operation and development of the business.
