Position: Senior Manager of Channels Management Grade: VP - FVPResponsibility:(a) Branch Network Strategy and PlanningDevelop the UOBC Country branch strategy to ensure it fits for the growth of the business development.Effectively manage the branch projects delivery, including new branch, relocation, closure, etc.
(b) Performance Management of Channels and DigitalizationDevelop and execute a strategic road map to translate corporate objectives to specific business plans for the FunctionBuild and improve capabilities of Branch Channel Management team. Coach and training subordinates. Attract, motivate and retain top level talents. Deliver results through effective delegation, empowerment and supervision.Develop the regional heads and GM “Single Captain” scorecards/ KPIPerform Branch capacity planning and productivity analyticsTo manage and administrate budget (cost) planning for Channels and DigitalizationTo prepare MIS reports on business initiatives, perform analysis, highlight findings and recommendations to ManagementFormulate strategies to ensure optimization of branch channel efficiency and effectiveness, in consultation with country segment/products.
Qualification:10+ years' relevant experience in bankingStrong financial backgroundProject Management experience preferredWilling to receive pressure and self-drivenA good team leaderGood command of English and Mandarin
