5.3+ years of sales experience in asphalt pavement application industryor 5+ years in related industry role is required.
6.Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
7.Valid driver’s license with the appropriate clarification to meet the duties of the position,Employee must maintain an insurable driving record.
8.Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise; Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
1.Responsible to increase the sales and profitability of all Crafco products and brands working with distributors, government agencies, consulting engineers, designing institutes, contractors and prospecting new customers and markets.
2.Responsible for all products manufactured by Crafco, Inc. including but not limited to; asphalt based sealants, silicone sealant, patching materials, marker adhesive, joint adhesive, equipment, replacement parts, related items and other products as added to the product line.
3.Responsible for seeking, developing, training and managing regional distributions in territories currently without adequate distribution;Maintain good relationships between existing distribution and company, monitors and supports current distribution for growth, initiatively coordinate with company for any request issued from distribution.
4.Demonstrate good problem solving skills and the ability to discuss business issues and propose appropriate solutions;Demonstrate ability to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations by maintaining and developing working relationship.
5.Seek new uses and applications for company products with present and prospective customers.
6.Understand and administer customer service, in accordance with company policy, in a mutually beneficial manner, to ensure lasting goodwill between the customer and the company.
7.Operate in a safe manner in accordance with company policy.
8.Maintain a presentable (tidy) appearance of all company property and personally.

4.Acquire, maintain and continually update a through knowledge and understanding of all products manufactured by Crafco, Inc. and industries related to Crafco’s business.
5.Maintain a through knowledge of competition and competitive products and market pricing.
6.Maintain contact with all Crafco customers within the geographic region of responsibility with frequent visits and/or telephone contact as required to satisfy the customers’ needs and Crafco’s sales goals.
7.Periodically visits customer and end use customers to hold sales meetings, educate distributors and update them on CRAFCO’s current product lines.
8.Train and demonstrateto educate customers and distributors on all products manufactured by Crafco. IE: Product Training Seminars, Public Forum Presentations, Equipment Start-ups, New Product Introductions, Test Installations.
9.Work and cooperate with other Crafco sales and service personnel when needed to promote all brands manufactured by Crafco and transfer equipment between locations as needed.
10.Maintain a professional and cooperative working relationship with all departments.
11.Complete required paperwork: Monthly market and ssales reports, weekly expense reports, quote sheets on all pricing, bid tabulation records on all bids, competitive pricing information on all quotes, daily call reports and monthly sales reports.
12.A calendar of scheduled meeting and activities will be maintained in Outlook. Details of all posted meetings will include contact information and an objective for the meeting. Planning and scheduling is a key to success. Calendars should be scheduled 45 days out.
13.Maintain a data base of all contacts in Outlook. Contact information should contain all contact information; Phone, Fax, Email, Address… This data base should be kept up to date at all times.
14.A cell phone and/or a laptop computerare provided for business use only. Personal use should be kept to a minimum.
15.Be competent to properly and effectively operate all IT devices provided.
16.Be competent to make travel arrangements in an organized and fiscally responsible manner including; hotel, air travel, car rental etc.
17.Maintain a personal credit card with a minimum available credit of ￥15000 for use on business expenses prior to reimbursement.
18.Be available to travel and perform duties during daytime, evenings, nights and weekends as required to perform the job. 50% overnight travel may be expected.
19.Take active part in Trade Associations, Agency Associations and other industry related groups as necessary to promote Crafco products as directed by your supervisor.
20.Attend Crafco Schools and sales meetings as required.May require travel to the US for this.
21.Be familiar with and abide by all the items set forth in the Crafco Employee Handbook
