Guide and support business line managers on hire to retire process in people management. Implement competitive staffing strategy and the plan to meet business needs. Work actively to attract, select, recruit employees and then to introduce them (with the purpose that they become integrated and productive as quickly as possible). Communicate company culture and support employee’s competence development.
Implement whole recruiting process including job profiling, advertisement, competence-based interview and selection, reference check and offering.
Maintain, develop and select effective recruitment channels & agents, manage the vacancies in Internal Job Market and external recruitment websites
Implement employment and resignation processes, conduct Exit Interview, analyze the employee turnover data and propose the suggestions
Liaise with line managers to deal with staffing issues, meanwhile, to ensure HR policies and procedures are well understood and accepted at all levels
Coordinate the delivery of training & development programs with good quality and cost effectiveness
Maintain routine training records, documents and agreements in accordance with the training process, and monitor training and relates costs and budgetary control.
Support regular employee survey, facilitate workshops to identify the gap between employees' feedback and management understanding, develop and follow up action plans
Implement employer branding activities such as employee activities, campus activities etc to enhance internal communication and also attract future talents
Prepare and provide accurate reports as needed
Participate in HR projects as assigned.
Experience / Knowledge / Educational Requirements:
At least 4 years HR experience especially on recruiting/training function, strong background in staffing is preferred.
Good command of English both in speaking and writing
Computer literacy in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiar with China labor laws and regulations
Strong communications and influencing skills
Have a good cross cultural awareness
Strong sense of ownership
Enthusiasm, proactive, team player, self-motivated and well organized
Eager to learn and improve continuously
