 Meta4 Group is looking for Senior Software Engineer (SSE) for our multicultural, multi-office, and fast-growing organization. As a Senior Software Engineer (SSE), 

The Role of Senior Software Engineer (SSE) : 
－ Be responsible for writing Java Web service client source code for API testing as a QA; 
－ Lately be responsible for functional project development , including requirements capturing in detail, designing & development; 
－ Positively take part in the system architecture designing & optimization ; 
－ Contribute talents to our DB system migration & performance improvement; 
－ Work with other developer and act as a team leader in the future; 
－ Will be assigned to do any other technical stuff according to Technical Manager's arrangement . 

Job Requirements: 
－ At least 4 years of experience on Java/J2EE platform 
－ At least 2 years of experience in web multi-tie system architecture design and implementation. 
－ Analyze and design core components with sound OO mathdology under given main framework or new main architecture. 
－ Familiar with common software technology such as struts, JSTL, JMS,hibernate; 
－ Familiar with OOA,OOD and design pattern and UML design tools. 
－ Familiar the software process, RUP for example 
－ Be sensitive to build large volume web site system with various kinds of technology. 
－ Strongly interesting to study and master new techniques. 
－ Be reliable and good hardworking attitude. 
－ Being good at English would be a plus
