| 职责描述: 1.日常行政文秘工作例如起草信件,安排会面,整理维护纸质和电子文档,回答来电问讯 2.帮助公司合伙人管理日程及出行住宿安排 3.帮助组织会议,电话会议,根据需要准备会议议程文件 4.协助公司开创期间注册手续办理,人员招聘,办公场所租赁及联系装修。 5.其他办公室相关职责 6.工作时间灵活,需和境外沟通 职位要求: 英语八级或相应水平,形象气质佳;本科以上学历,两年以上从事文秘、行政或相关工作经验;熟悉各种办公软件;有较深的中英文文字功底,良好的组织、沟通、协调能力;有意者请上传中英文简历(附近照)及学历证明(成绩单)等相关材料 Responsibilities: We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can work independently and remotely during the initial start up phase. Flexible hours are usually needed for oversea communications. Initial tasks include but not limited to assisting in registering business, campus recruiting, office rental and fill-out. 1. Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, or providing information to callers. 2. Support partners to manage their calendar meeting schedule 3. Travel arrangement including car service, ticketing, and hotel 4. Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic documents 5. Assist in other office duties as needed 6. Assist in company registration, recruiting, office rental, and office decoration during set-up phase 7. Flexible time due to overseas communications Requirements: 1. Related experiences are preferred 2. Good interpersonal skills 3. Fluent in English, oral and written 4.
