 Objectives: 
Manages, leads and monitors both the financial and operational business processes to achieve overall business and company objectives. Ensures financial and business forecasts are accurately represented and opportunities/risks managed to the company’s benefit. Responsible for the development and maintenance of financial systems, procedures and policies together with the analysis and interpretation of financial trends, forecasting, budgeting, goaling and crediting rules, spend management, and reporting of financial data complying with internal and external standards. Make sure sales transactions’ commercial terms and conditions and margins are optimal and in line with company directions. 

Responsibilities: 
- Consolidate monthly actual, forecast financials and various internal management reports, manufacturing costing report and analyze, accuracy check and distribute reports to Senior Management on time; 
- Forecasts, analyzes, prepares and recommends changes to financial and operational information and budgets/forecasts to achieve the desired goals, while ensuring compliance to internal standards 
- Establish and maintain review & analysis on the region’s financial performance, including all relevant P&L, and balance sheet items, including actual against plan, forecast, and historical data. 
- Provides sensitivity analysis, recovery plans and objective alternatives for risk management to improve overall business performance. Be business advisor to the business BUs in all aspects of financial management, planning, forecasting, to spend management, T&E analysis and H/C productivity 
- Perform margin analysis for sales deals and review terms and conditions of proposals. May participate in tender bid projects as needed. Ensure full compliance to Sarbanes Oxley Act and that revenue recognition guidelines are met. 
- Actively involved in directing other functional areas in financial and accounting matters and is viewed as being a technical resource by the group. Acts as a mentor/role model on technical issues; may actively manage projects involving others, discusses and presents factual information to other members of the same organization 
- Initiate and implement policy and process changes to further enhance efficiency as well as internal control effectiveness of business and finance operations. 
- Able to present, organize, and convey complex problems or issues within and across other functions and with client groups; partners with client groups in a team setting to provide business solutions. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques of obtaining solutions; making decisions using broad based guidelines 
- Coordinate with local accountants to: complete offline country level financial statements; to ensure proper journal entries into SAP monthly; complete account reconciliations; ensure local tax and statutory filings are completed timely and accurately. 
- Responsible for upholding policies and procedures, in accordance with fiduciary responsibilities addressing COBC, FCPA, as well as country regulations 
- Ad Hoc reporting, analysis and projects as required 
Requirements: 
- BS degree with 8+ years of related experience with an CPA preferred 
- Technically strong and well versed in US GAAP and China GAAP; 
- Familiarity with SAP, as well as report writing tools such as Essbase, Crystal Report Writer, Hyperion, etc. is a plus; 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; 
- Experience in Change Management. 
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, influencing, team work and time management skills; 
- Quick learner and able to multi-task; work independently and under pressure; 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese and the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels;
