详细职位内容：
 Responsibilities：
Head of C&B team and handle daily C&B operations and communications.
Improve compensation and benefits policies and procedures. 
Provide analyse report on C&B function and solutions on incentive system.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, MBA is preferred. 
At least 5+ years HR relevant work experience, 3+ years C&B professional experience is required. 
Working in public corporation or MNC is preferred. 
Strong logical thinking, written skill and communication ability. 
Be able to work effectively under pressure and within short time constraints. 
The ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
English is working language.
