 BASIC OBJECTIVE
Prepare day-to-day manual payments through e-banking systems according to approved payment lists.
Responsible for daily cash receipts and application.
Comply with company policies related to cash payments; strictly follow company payment approval authorities. 
Handle SAFE approvals related to FX payment transactions.
Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage ledgers and accounts related to petty cash, cash in bank and expenses to ensure all transactions entered into Finance system are timely & accurately. 
Keep good communication with banks to ensure payments are processed according to our requirement and to receive receipt notice from banks on time.
Accounting voucher filing. 
Other accounting related work.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
College/university graduate, major in Finance/Accounting/Business.　　 
At least 1 year cashier experience, preferably with a large MNC.
Experience with e-banking systems.
Attention to details; high accuracy; punctual; can work under pressure. 
Good communication skills; good command of English in writing and speaking.
Familiar with SAFE policies and banks' operating procedures with regard to payments. 
Knowledge with SAP is preferred.
Strong MS Office application skills.
Team player.
