 Theresourceforthispositionwillparticipateintheactivitiesoncompensation&benefitsinIPChinaregion,delivertheaccurateandvalue-addedoutcomestobusinessduringthequickexpansionandhighrhythmenvironments.MainlyTasksandResponsibilities:ImplementandmaintainallC&BrelatedHRpolicies,andrevisethemundertheguidanceofHRManagerwheneverandwherevernecessarytoproactivelymeetthegrowingofcompanybusiness;Implementandupdateinternalbenchmarksystemcoveringdifferenttypesofhiring,makesureacompetitivecompensationstructureisinplacesoastoattractandretaintalents;Payrollprocess:includespayrollprocessingforChinalocalemployeeandForeignEmployee,workingwithHRagenciestoensureasmoothpayrollprocess.UnderstandlegalandtaxtreatiestoensureallC&Boperationislegalandwithbestpractice;Handlemonthlypayrolldeliveryincludingbutnotlimitedtosalary,allowances,statutorybenefits,housingfund,taxationsandothercomponentsinBeijingandothercities;Administration:filepayrollrecordsandrelevantC&Bdocument,updatebenchmarkandpayrollinfo;AssistintheexecutionofmajorHRprograms.Initiate,draftandimplementidentifiedHRprojectsthatarelinkedtodepartmentorpersonalobjectives;Othertasksasrequired.Mainrequirements:3yearsexperienceonHRworkingand2yearsoncompensationandbenefitspreferablyinaninternationalenvironment;Goodknowledgeandpracticalexperienceonlaborrelatedlawsanddetailedregulationsfornationalandlocalcitylevels;Outstandinglogicconceptsandanalysisabilities;GoodfoundationsonmathematicsandgoodskillsinMicrosoftOffice,especiallyforExcelfunctions;Beabletodealingwithhighlyconfidentialinformation;Verygoodcommunicationandnegotiationskills,fluentwrittenandspokenEnglishcapabilitycanbeusedasworkinglanguage;Goodorganizationalandadministrativeskills;Teamplayerwithalotofinitiative.
