Job Title 1: Game Producer 游戏制作人
Responsibilities:
Building and leading game production team for AAA quality game products. 
Managing and owning the production schedule. 
Leading the design discussion and coming up with implementation steps. 
Working with art, engineering, and design staff to bring an idea from an initial concept to finished avatar items for product positioning campaigns. 
Iterating features through the prototyping stage to ensure high quality standards. 
Interfacing with internal stakeholders to assure product strategies. 

Requirements:
Proven track record in more than two commercially successful AAA quality games. 
Ability to recruit, lead, and manager design, and game production staff. 
Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English required. 
Excellent presentation skills, ability to use visualization tools such as PowerPoint and Visio 
7+ year experiences in a major game development company 

Job Title 2: Game Project Manager 游戏项目管理经理
Key responsibilities:
Build and track major game projects. 
Working with producers and key project stake holders to define milestones and delivery date. 
Manage weekly project status meetings. 
Identify and trouble-shooting any project bottlenecks. 
Establish a clear change management process. 
Requirements/ experience :
Ability to gather realistic estimates on Engineering, Art, Design, QA, and Operation for a game project. 
Must be detail oriented and a self starter. 
Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English required. 
Ability to create and track project plans with minimal supervision. 
Job Title 3: Game CTO 技术总监
Responsibilities:
The Technical Director will have a broad range of responsibilities involving all aspects of the software development cycle in a team and on a platform with the highest technical standards, used by company's newest and most demanding games and services 
Develop and maintain complex multi-tiered web environments using Java, including web applications, tools, infrastructure, and interfaces to other systems. 
Key Technical Interface between local development team and company and third-party development teams to develop and integrate applications, and to maintain and enhance existing applications. 
Requirements:
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent. M.S preferred. 
Demonstrable experience as a leader within a software development team. Completion of several projects from start to finish. 
Expert understanding of software engineering and object oriented design principles, with at least 10 years of overall experience. 
Experience working directly with business partners and global customers. 
Exceptional analytical and creative problem solving skills; solution oriented individual 
Disciplined self-starter with strong attention to detail
