详细职位内容：
 1.Work under the guidance of regional BD director to promote and sale firm's training services through primarily telephone channel;
2.Maintain client database; 
3.Contribute to the regional BD team's success in drive volume growth;
4.Provide administrative support to the various regional functions on a need basis; 
5.Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant 
reports and information to the partners and regional BD team; Finance manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyse the organization’s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position; evaluate and recommend investments, funding sources, and other financial instruments that will meet these cash flow needs. Advise senior management on financial matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation of the organization. Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities. 
Prepare the organization’s financial reports and present findings and recommendations to the top executive group and/or Board. Reports may include auditor and financial analyst reports; profit and loss statements and balance sheets; and regulatory reports and filings. 
Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time. Select, and manage ongoing relationships with, external consultants and advisors (for example tax advisors, accounting firms) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service. 
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop financial staff to ensure that the organization’s accounting activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
Responsible for the successful creation, development and execution of (including the production of output documents for) the following: 
Cost accounting 
Production cost analysis.
Margin analysis
Performance and key indicators analysis (inventory, account receivables….)
Budget and reporting 
Organize and Budget preparation
Monthly reporting  as per request by local government and internal management. 
Get updated with the finance/accounting related government laws, and regulations.
Responsible for supporting (including providing necessary data for) other departments
Financial analysis of Investment.
Internal and external audit
Should be consulted for: (i.e. open co-operation)
Change payment term of suppliers
Interacts on a regular basis with:
General manager
Plant manager
Production manager
Purchasing manager
Finance AP
SBU Finance controller
Internal Audit
External auditor.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-Master degree in financial and accounting management, or/and CPA equivalent
-At least 3 years in a financial manager position in JV or WOFE in China
-Ability to lead a team of around 5 staffs
-Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin, Rudong dialect being a plus.
-SAP knowledge being a plus.
