| 岗位职责和要求: Business Development ManagerResponsibilities:•Due Diligence:- Identify and evaluate new vendors as potential preferred vendors for COMPANY: Ensure appropriate due diligence is completed along with supporting business case justification.- Complete first round vendor visits for due diligence and skill profiling; recommend vendors for Steering team due diligence.- Conduct onsite security reviews and report findings to WWSST and Director of Piracy Protection- Evaluate vendors’ disaster recovery and business continuity processes •Leadership:- Manage all aspects of the partnership between company and it’s vendors; as company’s ‘eye’s’ on the ground this candidate will identify up and coming opportunities.- Develop a vendor model that supports the outsourcing strategy.- Key partner in vendor contract negotiations.- Partner with the Studio Lead to provide on-site support with regards to management, or workflow issues.•Vendor Management:- Manage vendor skill set capacity; ensure that committed resources are booked with key vendors.- Define SLA’s and benchmarks for outsourcing contracts; ensure vendors have an action plan that identifies key areas of development required for long term success with company.- Review vendor procedures to ensure predictability in quality and delivery: staffing skills, qc process, project management- Work with SST for vendor reviews and performance / incident analysis Assist the Sourcing Champion and PRM in on boarding, off boarding and exit- Work with OS Director in driving KM and Training initiatives Requirements:•BS/BA degrees with a minimum of 4-5 years managing vendors with experience in developing entertainment products. •Strong leadership skills: ability to challenge and influence a variety of stakeholders. •Flexible and agile: ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations. •4-5 years experience in vendor relationship management and production. •Proven experience in identifying and growing vendor opportunities. •Experience in creating cross project solutions that consider process and technology. •Team player, adept at building relationships across organizations. •Art Production experience would be preferred •Self Starter who is able to identify and solve problems. •Possesses passion, energy, enthusiasm to drive results; action oriented. •Willing to travel extensively. •Proficient with MS Word, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Perforce, and Visio.. |
