 岗位职责和要求：          POSITION PURPOSE:To contribute as a team member with marketing and AE peopleTo support Customers/OEMs, and to satisfy their service needs and solve service issueTo support customers ( distributor / DBs ) to solve service issues KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide OEM support as team member within marketing department :- Support marketing people in new product exhibition and market support- Support AE to design engine prototype and conduct installation review , and push OEM to improve the issues underlined in the review report- Provide support for new production introduction , for example , make training plan for Customers/OEMs and follow up , regular visit and provide technical support for OEM in trouble shooting .- Work out support plan for Customers/OEMs- Support the OEM dealer development Provide OEM support to distributors:- Support service people in explanation of Iveco Motors warranty claim policy- Review and approve the expenses of non-warranty claim- Support service people to solve the related service issues of Customers/OEMs and key customers Collect information about quality issues and feedback to General ManagerQUALIFICATION:Bachelor degree or aboveMajor in automobile engineering or mechanicsAt least 3 years on-hand service experience in engine industryGood Command of English in reading , writing and speakingGood coordination and communication skillsComputer literateFrequent business travel is requiredTeamwork skillsSelf decision making skills.
