 Responsible for supporting the ODM activities and drive for the product quality in both customer integration and field returns. Coordinate and manage the functional groups for the time to solution of issues or escalation at customer sites. Networks with OEM support team for the ODM status, interaction, on site activity and communication Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.. Bechler degree of EE, IT engineering with minimum of 5 years working experience of customer support. Relationship with production team and good in MS office for documentation and reporting. Excellent in English communication and presentation. Patient, responsible and independent working attitude
