 DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:1.Plan,organize,andcoordinatethequalityactivitiesfortheassignedBissellproductmanufacturinglocations,including:• Finalinspection:-Samplesproductionproductusingtheapprovedauditinstructionstoensureproductconfirmstothestandards.-NotifiestheQualityengineerwheneverauditinstructionsarenotavailablefornewproducts.-EnterinspectionsresultsontotheQualityTrackingdatabase.Notifiesthesystemadministratorsofanydatabaseproblems.-Notifiesthequalityengineerandsuppliersrepresentativeofanyfindings.-ProvideadailysummaryoffindingstoBHIqualityassistant.• ProcessAudits:-Upondiscoveryofqualityissuesduringfinalinspection,auditstheproductionlinetotryandidentifycausesofproblemandtoensureproblemiscontained.• Training:-Inconjunctionwiththequalityengineer,trainsanyneworcontractinspectionpersonnelonjobresponsibilities.• SEC’s(SupplierEngineeringChanges):Reportsallidentifiedproductchangesdiscoveredduringtheinspectiontothequalityengineer.• Newproductlaunch/trail:AssiststheProcessAuditoronthe30-pieceinspectionoftheTrialRunproduct.InvolvedbytheQualityEngineer,asneeded.2. Performsallotherrelateddutiesasnecessary.POSITONREQUIREMENTS• Goodwrittenandverbalcommunications.• StrongcomputerskillswithafirmunderstandingofMicrosoftWord,Excel,andPowerPoint.
