 工作职责
1.维护现有招聘渠道和开发新的招聘渠道
2.根据公司招聘流程为企业选拔优秀合格人才
3.制作公司内部招聘广告并严格执行公司内部招聘流程
4. 面试，发放录用通知并且为新员工办理所有相关入职手续
5. 分析员工离职率并负责各种相关的招聘报表
6. 员工制服的管理
要求
1.大专以上学历
2.2年以上招聘或者营运管理工作经验
3.良好的语言表达和沟通能力
4.具有良好的团队合作精神，发展和运用合作关系来达到团队目标
5.电脑操作熟练
6.良好的英语读写能力优先
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
1.Establish and maintain various channels such as website , talent market and related recruiting agencies
2.Recruit qualified employees according to the talents recruitment procedure 
3.Draft Internal Recruitment Poster and follow the internal recruitment process strictly
4.Interview, release offer and deal with all the on board issues such as the contract signing with the new comers.
5.Analyze staffing turnover and do different statistics to make various reports in conformance with Company’s needs.
6.Uniform management such as the stock maintenance and distribution.
Qualifications:

1.Graduate from college or above 
2.At least 2 years Recruitment or Operation Management experience.
3.People orientated with good communication skill
4.Good team player, developing and using collaborative relationships to accomplish team goals. 
5.Good PC skills
6. Good English reading and writing skill will be preferred.
