 职责 Responsibilities 1.Responsible for process definition and management oversight of small and medium sized CRM projects.2.Determine Project needs and business resources required to execute projects3.Work with Client Executive Project Sponsors to clarify and define strategy & objectives, scope and CRM business requirements. 4.Define success CRM Project criteria for projects. 5.Manage project scope, drive resolution and keep project on schedule.6.Develop and track project action items and issues. Document all necessary items as needed. 7.Identify and communicate risks and responses to mitigate project risk.8.Responsible for the coordination and creation of project documentation and project processes. 9.Coordinate the development of training materials, user manuals and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the business owners and users.职位要求 Requirements1.Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or related field of study. MBA diploma is preferred.2.2+ years of Project Management experience3.Demonstrated ability to execute multiple, interdependent end to end projects. This includes identifying CRM project objectives, creating requirements, managing schedules, tracking project progress, facilitating testing and determining and measuring success criteria. 4.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.5.PMP certification is a plus.
