| Serve as a Training Coordinator at GP’s client location in BEIJING. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: --Provide customer service onsite at GP’s client training location --Coordinate class/event logistics --Monitor quality of classroom setup and delivery --Monitor and manage course enrollment for all scheduled courses --Organize training materials and supplies and ensure classes are properly equipped with appropriate training materials and equipment --Enter information into client’s Learning Management System and produce miscellaneous reports as required --Collect and process evaluation data --Assist in the distribution of marketing and communication materials as directed --Participate in proposal and presentation development --Monitor industry trends --Identify opportunities to increase business with existing and potential customers Education/Experience Required: --BA/BS degree in adult education or related discipline or two or more years of curriculum/course administration experience --Three or more years of training support and/or customer service experience --Experience and knowledge of training administration and delivery programs --Computer knowledge and proficiency in spreadsheets --Desktop publishing knowledge and experience --Experience as training assistant, excutive or specialist preferred Skills Required: --Bilingual Chinese/English --Customer focus ? champions actions to exceed customer needs --Detail oriented --Administrative organization --Analytical ? identifies root causes, corrective and preventative actions --Logical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills --Database entry and report generation skills --Desktop publishing |
