详细职位内容：
 Responsibilities
1.Provides management consulting to clients on instructional system design, training program structuring and training content development
2.Performs individual training needs assessments for clients and consults on their professional development programs
3.Provides training consulting advices to clients on external programs selection, and training vendor sourcing, selection, management and evaluation
4.Provides consultancy on training program attendance and evaluations
5.Supervises daily operation of GP training coordinator at client’s site responsible for providing administration services
6.Investigate and resolve client’s complaints

Requirements
1.Strong verbal and written Chinese and English language skills required
2.3 + year experience in training service/ in-house training management/ content development/ adult education required
3.Proficient in MS Office
4.Proficient in instructional system design (ISD), and experienced in multiple individual assessment tools, and professional development coaching
5.Excellent interpersonal skill with ability to work in a team as well as alone
6.Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced result-oriented environment
7.Bachelor degree required; master or PHD degree a plus; major in education or psychology desired
