 Responsibilities
1.Manage sales of training and consulting services of the company
2.Develop and nurture client relationships
3.Communicate frequently with clients, project leads, and team members
4.Develop recommendations & solutions to address client concerns or program resource needs
5.Attend client meetings and assist with business development as needed
6.Understand defined contract scope ? understand client’s business rules and program guidelines at an operational level
7.Manage project financials; including billing, invoicing, reporting, budgeting and planning
8.Monitor account service level agreement (SLA) metrics
9.Develop a good working relationship with GP peers

Requirements
1.Excellent leadership skills ? proven ability to effectively lead and manage people
2.5+ years professional experience; 3+ years of direct experience in an sales management position
3.Training or consulting industry experience desired
4.Excellent written & oral communications skills in Chinese & English are MUST
5.University degree in a related discipline, advanced degree desired
6.Excellent customer service and communication skills
7.Excellent organizational skills
