详细职位内容：
 1. Degree in Business Management/HR Management or related discipline;
2. Minimum 8 years of solid experience gained from garment, shoes or bags industry preferably with Hong Kong employers;
3. An all rounded generalist out of which not less than 5 years holding the capacity as HR Manager; 
4. Exposure in aligning HR functions with Corporate Strategies and dealing with change programs;
5. Familiar with different types of incentive systems and performance management systems; 
6. Customer oriented, flexible and tactful in handling all HR issues;
7. Can communicate effectively with all levels of staff;
8. Able to communicate and write in English.
