详细职位内容：
 Position: CHIEF ACCOUNTANT (x 1)
Responsibilities 
1. Responsible for account payables, receivables, operating expenses, cash and Tax management 
2. Prepare monthly, yearly financial statements and reports to meet both Chinese and USA requirements 
3. Responsible for tax and accounting reports as required by the local government 
4. To prepare tax reporting and payments to the local authorities. 
5 Ensure compliance to various local laws and regulations, financial policies and procedures of Walls
6. Review of internal controls of all financial processes 
7. Take charge of local staff payroll administration and personnel administration. 
8. Reports to the Vice President of the company

Requirements 
1. Qualified CPA. 
2. Have at least 5 ears of accounting and supervisory experience in the finance and accounting department of a foreign wholly owned company or a foreign JV. 
3. Ability to work independently and to have initiative 
4. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin. 
5. HR experience is a plus.
