详细职位内容：
 Responsibilities:
Report to fabric development manager
Responsible for new fabric (woven) development and sourcing.
Closely work with US Product Development group to educe fabric specification.
Closely work with vendors to ensure the fabric specification are met and maintained.
Work with manufacturing associates to ensure smooth transition of fabric development projects into the production environment.
Work with vendors to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities.
Assist in quality issues as they arise; review failures, vendor processes and assist in formulating a corrective action plan.
Responsible for fabric testing and check all incoming samples and provide sample evaluation reports.
Requirements:
Degree in textile engineering or dying and finishing or relevant 
Strong technical skills for woven fabric or dying and finishing.
At least 3 years experience in fabric development/sourcing with at least 2 years in manufacturing.
Familiar with resource of fabric suppliers in China.
Experience from working in a foreign company environment.
High initiative and good interpersonal skills.
Good communication, organizational and development skills.
Good command in written and spoken English.
