 Overall Summary:
The IT Support Analyst（网络技术支持）is responsible for providing support to end users on a day-to-day basis and to assist in the support of the technology systems and services and infrastructure in the Shanghai office.
Requirement:
-Educated to University standard.
-Excellent PC hardware knowledge, A+ Certification preferred or 3 years working knowledge in Corporate Technology Dept.
-A good understanding of remote access solutions (Citrix, Blackberry, Webmail).
-Knowledge of Hummingbird DM5, DocXTools, Carpe Diem.
-Knowledge of Server backup solutions; CA Arcserve in particular.
-Knowledge of MS Server 2003.
