 1.  要求仪表端庄, 为人热心,  亲和力好, 愿意与人沟通并提供协助.

4.  能够承受频繁外出, 并且根据客户需要加班加点
5.  公司将安排岗位培训, 无需经验.

Responsibility: 
(1)Visit a majority of the Top Level Residences in Shanghai.
(2)Help the expatriates for their housing in Shanghai.
(3)Provide Orientation, House Inspection, Agreement Signature and relevant After Sales Service. 


Requirement: 
(1)Fluent in English listening, reading, writing and speaking, strong language communication ability. 
(2)Like to and not afraid to work directly with Western Expatriates. 
(3)Industrious on work, hold strong team-work spirit.
(4)Give priority to those who worked in service apartments or four-star plus level Hotels before.
(5)Active, strong sense of responsibility is preferred.
(6)Can operate WORD, EXCEL.
(7)No need to look for new clients yourself.
