详细职位内容：
 Responsibilities:
-Responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that help build Qatar Airways global brand,increase industry esteem and preference and establish ownership of the market space.
-Generate passenger revenues in the assigned station through effective sales strategies and promotion.
-Represent the Company at the station and maintain regular contacts with the travel industry,Ministries,Commercial houses etc.,supplementing sales calls made by the sales force,to establish contacts and maximize QR's exposure to the marketplace.
-Manage the sales team to optimize passenger revenue production and develop/optimize their potentials.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Minimum 5-10 years travel industry experience.
-College/University graduate.
-Good at written/spoken Chinese and English language.
-Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word,excel & Powerpoint.
-Strong leadership & problem solving ability a must.
-Extensive people management experience.
