| 1.Job Summary: -Set up and continuous improve Training & Development System. Develop and implement company master training & development plan -and achieve set training & Development objectives. 2.Duties and Responsibilities: -To draw up company master training plan and departmental training plan and ensure the implementation once related approvals obtained. -To set up, review and interpret training related policies/regulations and other documents, update them in time and optimize whereas appropriate; -To set up internal functional training plan and provide the guidance on implementation. -To ensure all training related records and evaluation are conducted per requirement of ISO quality system; -Ensure all data related to the training category and trainee groups in KES controlled. -To source training resources and set up internal training database; -To keep timely communication with external training agencies and select high quality company as the cooperation partner; -To provide consulting and guidance to internal trainer to improve training quality and effectiveness; -To support all departments for performance appraisal and keep the record for references; -To update organization chart and publish on KES intranet once approved. -Other assignments arranged by HOD; 3.Job Specifications General requirements: -Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR. Management or related field;At least 5 years of the experience in HR/training -Honest, integrity and dedication to work is a must, outgoing,healthy and has the ability to lead group to conduct daily training activities; -Good presentation, communication and planning skill and accountability -Good command of English both in verbal and written, CET-6; -Have a good operating skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint usage; Special skill and knowledge requirements: -Familiar with training market and keep timely liaison and good relationship with training agencies -Familiar with internal and external training process/system and experienced on annual training planning; -Have the knowledge of HR. management/process, especially on on-job training process; -Familiar with office and HR software; -Familiar with the labor laws/regulations and policies |
