| 人数: 1 Human Resource Manager Milacron Inc., a world leader in manufacturing technologies, is looking for an experienced human resources manager to serve in a leadership role in the company’s China shared services center supporting all of the company’s businesses in China. Reporting to the Director of Milacron China Shared Service Center, this position is an exciting opportunity to work in a U.S.-based multinational manufacturing company. This position is based in Jiangyin City but will have responsibilities for staff located in Shanghai, Shenzhen and other cities. This position will have a strong relationship with Milacron’s corporate human resources function based in the U.S. Responsibilities: ? Lead the company’s strategic and day-to-day human resources functions including: ? recruiting & staffing plan development ? employee relations ? payroll ? employee development & succession planning ? compensation & benefits ? performance management & goal setting ? employment actions, such as hiring, promotions, reward/discipline measures, conflict resolution, discharge ? manage all HR electronic and paper recordkeeping ? Develop and implement HR programs and procedures that are aligned to support the business objectives and consistent with the company’s philosophy and values ? Provide advice and counsel for all Milacron China operations and locations on all types of human resources matters ? Monitor, review, interpret and make recommended changes to HR policies, ensuring that the policies are in line with company objectives and the law ? Develop compensation and benefit structures that are competitive with market demands, within operating budget requirements and provide a consistent approach among operating units ? Monitor and advise management on labor union activities, rights and duties ? Ensure compliance with the occupational health & safety standards ? Manage the company vehicle program ? Administer immigration, permit needs and other employee documents ? Manage administrative service employees such as Receptionist and Driver Requirements: ? Bachelor degree with major in human resources or a related field ? Minimum five years experience as an HR generalist and a minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role in a multinational organization ? Solid knowledge of Chinese employment and labor laws ? Previous experience in employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, employee development, conflict resolution and recruiting ? Good verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English. CET4 is required, CET6 is preferred. ? Skilled in Microsoft Office, email and other business software We Offer: ?
