 Company Description
Siemens Power Automation Ltd.(SPA) is active in field of energy automation for power systems (protection,substation control,telecontrol,power quality,communication solutions,energy management and information systems). Siemens Energy Automation worldwide is among the largest companies in this area and is technology and quality leader.

Responsibilities/Duties
-Organize internal audit and supplier audit
-Quality reporting on the findings of SPA quality management system and supplier management system
-Continuously improve the process in SPA quality management system
-Other work related to quality management
-Other necessary tasks additionally assigned

Contacts/Interfaces
-Internal:all departments and staff related to quality management,safety and environment
-External:government departments and related bodies, suppliers and customers

Education
-Bachelor degree:Industry/technical background are preferred

Languages
-Chinese-fluent in spoken and written
-English-Communicate smoothly in English,express clearly

Experience
-At least 1 year working experience in quality area of manufacturing
-Working experience in international company preferred

Skills/Knowledge
-Possess certain TQM concept or six sigma theories
-Deep knowledge and skills of ISO 9001:2000 and
-Knowledge in safety and environment management is preferred
-Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Excellent communication and organisational skills.
-Customer oriented.
-Internal customer oriented.
-High initiative,commitment and motivation.
-Ability to work under pressure
