主要职责： 
    Location:Beijing/Dublin
    Role
    Airtricity has a pipeline of wind power farms in wind measurement and power grid analysis in north China.This role involves working as part of Airtricity's China team.A project development manager will take ownership of several wind power projects and be responsible for all processes and activities in making these wind farm projects ready for construction.Partnership is the key to success.

    The role will initially require relocation to the Dublin offices for 3-5 months for training,perhaps in several intervals.The role will then be permanently based in Beijing,with occasional international travel.

    Key Responsibilities
    1.Manage the project development activities in line with annual business plans and budgets
    2.Manage the day to day activities associated with the development process including the communication with local govt and power grid bodies and the seeking of consents both locally & nationally
    3.Co-ordinate business development activities with the engineering and construction team in developing all engineering and construction plans including feasibility study,turbine layout and route design,and construction schedule
    4.Appoint,manage and control external consultants

    Candidate's Experience and Skills:
    1.A high calibre individual with at least 5 years in marketing or business development
    2.Hands on experience of development in the power business would be a plus
    3.Proven project management skills and commitment to deadlines
    4.Displays strong leadership,communication,expectation management and interpersonal skills and has a track record of delivery
    5.Excellent team building skills
    6.Fluent Chinese and English
    7.Experience in working in a multinational environment would be a plus
    8.Familiar with Western and Chinese business practices
    9.Ready for regular travels
