 Select and establish suppliers and service companies
Negotiate all conditions with selected suppliers
Request quotations
Make price comparison
Issue and trace initial orders for direct material, spare parts and auxiliary material.
Control the related documents
Identify, develop and implement suitable external sourcing opportunities for automotive parts.
Provide technical support to suppliers under the help of product engineers or quality engineers
to ensure the supplier reachs the required standards.
Provide QA support to the Quality Department during and after quality audits and ensure adequate follow up
by regular quality checks.
Handle all export issues
Handle claims
Handle all trading affairs including ordering, tracing, import, export etc.
Cost reports for trading, spare parts, auxiliary material, samples.
