详细职位内容：
 PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all CBTC project related engineering tasks to meet project technical requirements. 
Coordination of all specific hardware / software engineering tasks that are performed in China. 
Generate and manage the requirements for specific sub-system application. 
Manage project budgets and schedules. 
Provide technical support to project management. 
Prepare for and participate in project and customer meetings. 
Provide sub-system test plan. 
Provide regular reports on project status / issues to management. 
Identify risks that may impact quality, schedule, and / or cost. 
Develop and execute plans to mitigate risks. 
Provide technical coordination with several separate engineering organizations. 
Manage and enforce Application processes and procedures (CENELEC, IEEE, US&S internal procedures, etc). 


WORK EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Experience in hardware and /or software design, system design and system integration. 
Experience in the management of system development life cycle process (CENELEC, IEEE). 
Experience in managing and tracking requirements. 
Experience in utilizing and directing configuration management efforts, including version control, SPRs, change requests, etc. Experience with, or knowledge of, train control principles and signaling. 


LANGUAGE ABILITY:

Bilingual in Chinese and English and able to translate documentation between both languages.


COMPENSATION:

The position compensation will be attractive and negotiable to the right candidate, comprising of a competitive salary supplemented by a performance oriented bonus opportunity and benefits if appropriate.
