详细职位内容：
 Job Description:
1. Support and drive Stanley divisions/ plants / regions in cost reduction of material expenditures through a variety of means which include supplier negotiation and management, low cost country sourcing & supporting/ leading VAVE and other productivity initiatives. New product development with divisions and regions.
2. Collaborate with Global supply chain management team and Stanley business units to negotiate and contract and managing suppliers with understanding payment and shipping terms & working capital implications.
Requirement:
1. Min 3-5 yr purchasing & sourcing experience in machinging components, industrial products industry experience is preferred
2. Knowledge of procurement & sourcing techniques & strategies, supplier integration, and continuous improvement inititatives
3. Proven track record of developing & executing successful YOY productivity projects & supplier development
4. Familiar with metal, non-metal market, casting or machining manufacturing process & quality is highly preferable
5. Excellent English oral & written communication ability
6. Six sigma training is preferred.
