详细职位内容：
 Job Description:
1. This senior SQE ( supplier quality engineer ) will be responsible for supplier chain productivity growth, coaching and developing supplier with professional skill ( LEAN, six sigma, Project Management, QS9000) in align with Asia Sourcing Strategy and global procurement strategy
2. Leverage LEAN & Six Sigma skills to drive down product total purchasing cost of Stanley worldwide. 
3. Coach and develop current major supplier and SQE for cost down project identification, definition and implementation and verification;
4. Be able to use quality management system and EHS management system to audit supplier as a tool to drive continually improvement systematically;
Requirement:
1Six sigma green belt is a must, black belt is preferred;
2Major in IE --prefer Mechanical or Industrial
3Lean Master and Lean background desired such as Value Stream mapping, 5S, and COPQ
4Strong Project Mgmt skills
5Good communication and influence skills
6Excellent, broad business judgment to identify and solve issues across all business processes and functions
7Strong process skills
