 JOB SUMMARY:
This is position working for BJDB finance at Kaifaqu. The position will be responsible for VAT invoicing and VAT invoices registrations by China VAT tax regulation requirement. Meanwhile this position will manage tax reporting to local tax authority every month.
 
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Responsibilities vary, but may include one or more of the following duties:
1.Be responsible for VAT invoicing after ERP invoicing process.
2.Be responsible for invoices registration of all invoices from vendor.
3.Prepare VAT invoices for sales and purchasing documentation filing.
4.Prepare VAT invoice usage report and monthly VAT reporting to local tax authority timely and accurately
5.Prepare VAT monthly reconciliation
6.Be responsible for other local report to tax authority, finance and statistics authorities timely and accurately

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS:
1.Accurate and timely VAT tax reporting, finance reporting, and statistics reporting
2.Maintain Tax documentation
3.Assist in implementation of annual internal control self-assessment in Tax related.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor degree or college degree majored in finance or accounting and Bachelor is preferred
-1+ years finance experience in VAT invoicing, manufacturing experience will be preferred
-Being familiar with tax reporting will be preferred
-Be familiar with VAT claim process
-Can use Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Sufficient functional English skills
-Good communication and team member
-Quick learner, open minded, initiative and could work independently
