 To support and expand our business in Asia Pacific market, China Operations team is looking for a: 

Quality & Process Manager 

Reporting system
He will report into the Operations Director, China Operations based in Suzhou. Functional report to Quality Manager in corporate. 

Location: Suzhou

Basic Purpose of this function:

To build, further deploy or manage an effective quality initiative that reduce cost, time delays and improve customer satisfaction 
Ensure high quality of products (HSUPA based dada cards and modules) in China operation

Tasks

Leading from Option China Concalls with the local EMS and escalating quality issue with Option headquarters and other sites.
SQE 
Supply audit and qualification 
Conduct effective supplier survey and audit to ensure suppliers maintain a Quality System and supporting processes to ISO standards
Apply supplier rating strategy and monitor suppliers
Apply 6 sigma techniques jointly with supplier
Drive down the cost of supplier inefficiency
Be able to evaluate the supplier’s product while minimizing risk
IPQC 
Deploy Manufacturing Quality continuous improvement
Drive process optimization
Keep a robust production quality system and conduct on site audit 
Deploy 6 sigma/Lean mfg in EMS production floor
Investigate failures in manufacturing process and drive corrective/preventative actions
CQE 
Develop an environment and system to listen to the VOC
Quick response to custome's complaint 
Local customer quality support 
Initiate CSI management in China
Work out customer profile and customization implementation

Liaise with Option corporate groups in the resolution of quality issues.
Coaching and motivating EMS quality team
Monitoring product quality by ensuring that the necessary work instructions is in compliance
Reporting and measuring production quality and process KPI’s
Any other activities deemed necessary in the role of Quality and process

Profile:

You have a university degree in EE 
You have minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, in which +3 years working experience in EMS. RF is a plus.
Experienced in supplier quality management, IPQC, customer quality audit 
You have a good understanding in ISO, RoHS, GP requirement 
You have a good understanding in 6 sigma and quality tools (black belt is plus)
You have experience in leading a team 
Experienced in ECN management
Good English communication skills 
Willing to travel
