详细职位内容：
 Responsibilities:

1. Improve the level of quality of IntelR Software Network website knowledge assets through direct work with the Operations team providing solutions for Intel's end customers. 
2. E-mail and occasional phone inquiries, reviews of technical documentation and BKMs (Best Known Methods) for qualification. 
3. Track and report key indicators. 
4. Contribute to training development, support implementation plans, web content submissions, and other support related activities. 
5. Ensure reactive/proactive support content is published to Intel's support website to enable customers to help themselves. 


Requirements:

1. At least Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology field. 
2. Versed with computer software knowledge, experience with one or more current web markup or scripting languages: HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, familiarity with desktop publishing/imaging applications and experience managing web site content are preferable.
3. 2+year experiences in computer Software customer services. 
4. Proficiency in both spoken and written English, CET-6 is must.
5. Good Computer skills.
6. Ability to coordinate with Project Managers and lead development teams.
