 China Care Foundation Inc. is a U.S. based non-profit organization with the mission to give special-needs Chinese orphans the opportunity for a better life. We are seeking a Director of Finance to join our senior management team in China.The position is based at our Beijing (Shunyi) office.

Key responsibilities include:
-Directing our accounting functions in China, including setting up our accounting into a software system; developing and implementing policies and procedures to streamline accounting processes and activities.
-Supervising all accounting and administration staff.
-Managing all cash transactions/cash receipts and disbursements, and actively monitoring expenses, purchase/distribution, and inventory turns.
-Managing daily accounting activities and monthly close process,including the daily cash transaction recording, daily cash count and reconciliation, and monthly reconciliation and financial report.
-Performing in-depth financial analysis, including cost review and analysis, and budget vs. actual expenditures analysis; investigating significant variances; continue analysis of cost controls.
-Operate at a senior level within the organization, including assisting COO/CEO in developing management procedures; hiring new staff; training in related areas of finance and administration.
-Reporting to the finance office in USA, including monthly financial analysis and other statistics. Especially related to medical expenses and the average cost per child of child care.
-Assisting CEO in preparing budget; be able to present views and ideas to the board of directors in the USA; maintain correspondence with different organizations in China.
-Being responsible for taxation and legal compliance in China.
-Coordinating internal and external audit.
-Assisting the finance office in USA with other projects as necessary.

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree with major in Accounting or Finance.
-2+ years working experience in foreign enterprises in China.
-3+ years supervisory/managerial experience in accounting/finance.
-Solid analytical skills.
-Strong organization skills.
-The ability to set up accounting systems using software suite.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Strong Excel skills.
-Self motivated and able to drive work autonomously.
-Commitment to charitable works.
