详细职位内容：
 Summary: Develop and deliver Campus Career Project to targeted graduated audiences of mainland China.

Responsibilities
1. Build Operations Manual for program implementation over the short and medium term. 
2. Define Financial Plan by establishing sales budget, target reach. 
3. Establish a detailed Delivery Schedule. 
4. Develop content with available resources & network. 
5. Determine production partner and costs
6. Develop university contracting mechanism. 
7. Build the field campaign on top of pack distribution.
8. Setup PR program.
9. Analyze market for existing solutions.

Qualifications: 
1. Degree in relation with Human Resources/Business Adiministration/Markerting. 
2. Over 5 year experience in HR Agency or as HR supervisor in MNC. 
3. Experience with University systems, have salesman capacity is prefer.
3. Creativity & Youth mindset. 
4. Networking facilitation and presentation skills. 
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English. 
6. A team player and a strong communicator, very customer oriented, strong process/project manager, confident and highly motivated.
