详细职位内容：
 Responsibility:
1. Ensure Unisono Fieldmarketing all HR process and practices are legal compliance.
2. Developing and implementing effective HR programs under China HR guidance. 
3. Assisting to develop fairly and marketable compensation & benefits system to keep qualified employees under China HR guidance.
4. Budgeting annual personnel cost and monthly roll out cost control.
5. Lead the recruitment activities for Unisono fieldmarketing including position description, staffing plan, interview and select process, physical examination and employment procedure, etc.
6. Implementation an effective new employee training system which including training planning, training program delivery, training follow up evaluation.
7. Coordinate employee performance evaluation program. 

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree, majoring in HR or marketing, Law 
2. Well versed with HR knowledge, Labor Law and local regulations 
3. 5+year experience in general human resource function preferably in MNCs, 2 years of supervisor's role 
4. Good Computer skills 
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English 
6. A team player and a strong communicator, very customer oriented, strong process/project manager, confident and highly motivated
