| Responsibility: 1. Provide effective and efficient administrative services to the business units including procurement, events organizing, travel arrangement, office decoration and so on 2. Manage and update the registration status and business license of the company including Branch Company 3. Select and manage the external suppliers according to business needs 4. Make sure all office equipments include fixed assets under good management and maintenance timely 5. Control the admin expenditure within annual budget and provide monthly admin expenditure record and analysis to management level 6. Effective subordinates (receptionist, admin specialist and warehouse keeper) management Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree with over 4 years experiences in administrative field and 2 - 3 years experience at a supervisor's role. 2. Strong ability in planning / organization / problem solving / processing management. 3. Fluent in both oral and written English 4. Excellent negotiation skills and communication skill 5. Good services attitude, can operate multi-tasks and meeting the deadline 6. Honest, hard-working, down-to-earth and pay attention to details 7. Proficient PC skills e.g. MS Word, Excel & Power Point |
