 You will:
1. Monitoring and analyzing youth market developments
2. Identify the youth markets and work out the product strategies and positioning for the managed products.
3. Prepare and implement marketing plan for products
4. Build Operations Manual for project implementation over the short and medium term.
5. Manage and follow up project
6. Define Financial Plan by establishing sales budget, target reach.
7 Report regularly.


You have:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or Business Administration. 
2. Over 6 year working experience, 4 years as product, brand or account manager in FMCG industry.
3. Familiar with youth market, such as campus channel. 
4. Ability to lead the marketing strategy and operations of a defined product/program.
5. Experience in leading large scale projects on a broad level of responsibilities. 
6. Networking facilitation and presentation skills. 
7. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
