| Responsibilities: 1. Establish sales budget and target and apply sales plans and process to reach sales target (including making proposal, actual selling, and contract negotiation) 2. Liaise with marketing teams and operations team 3. Anticipate the trends, moves and potential growth of the pharmaceutical industry, and analyze customer needs to generate and develop the business models, identify potential business partners and customers. 4.Prepare and present sales proposals and report 5.Provide input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts Requirements: 1. 6 years or above experience in sales and business development of multi-national companies , preferably in service industry and/or pharmaceutical industry; 2. Experience in making proposals and contract negotiations; 3. Experience with pharmaceutical industrial regulations preferably ; 4. A strong mindset of business development and client relation; 5. The ability to work directly with senior management and employees throughout client organizations; 6. Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities; 7. A proven ability to translate client objectives into deliverable design, and develop deliverables that address complex situations; 8. Group facilitation and presentation skills; Be a team player. 9. Fluency in English and Mandarin; |
