 职位描述：
1. 对风电开发工作进行全面协助与综合支持；
2. 草拟各种业务申请、报告；协助开发经理跟踪项目实施进程
3. 搜集风电行业信息，提出自己的判断分析；
4. 系统、有效、安全的对各类开发文档进行统计、归类、管理；
5. 其他相关的各类事务；
任职资格：
1. 此职位需与外籍高管共同一起工作，必须具备优秀的英语口语能力和读写译能力，须持有TEM8或CET6证书（英语应用能力不理想者婉谢应聘此职位）；
2. 男性 25-32岁，大学本科以上学历；理工科、英语、外贸、商务专业为佳；
3. 2年以上工作经验，有营销、业务开拓、项目管理、项目开发等工作经验者优先；
4. 具备优秀的报告写作能力及语言表达能力，胜任文档及合同的管理工作；
5. 熟练掌握日常办公软件操作及网络知识，具有风电行业工作经验者优先；
6. 具备良好的沟通能力、组织协调和综合管理能力，能够有效控制项目开发进度，克服项目进展中的不利因素；
7. 有较强的学习领悟能力、较广的知识面；逻辑性强，善于独立思考问题，具备团队合作精神和高度敬业精神；
8. 耐心、细致、负责，工作积极主动，具有良好的企业忠诚度。

Job Description:
1. To assist and give an integrated support of the development of wind power.
2. To draft all kinds of business applications and reports and assist the development manager to track the implementation process of the projects.
3. To collect information of wind power industry, propose own analysis and judgments.
4. To Statistic, classify and manage all kinds of documents of development systematically, effectively and safely.
5. To help with other related issues of our company. 

Job qualification:
1. This position needs to work with foreign executives together, required to have good command of spoken English and reading, writing and translation capacity, required to hold a certificate of TEM8 or CET6. (We have to say sorry if your English ability doesn’t meet our demand.)
2. Male, 25-32 years old, college or higher, Science, English, foreign trade, business majors is preferred.
3. More than 2 years work experience in marketing, business development, project management development, wind power industry experience is preferred.
4. Having good report writing skills, language abilities and documents and contracts management capacity.
5. Skilled in office software and network knowledge.
6. Have good communication skills, organization, coordination, and comprehensive management capacity .Be able to effectively control the development and progress of the project and overcome the unfavorable factors.
7. Have a strong ability to learn, broader knowledge, strong logic, independent thinking of problems, with team spirit and a high degree of professionalism.
8. Patient and meticulous, responsible, proactive work with good corporate loyalty.
