 男性 32-38周岁； 

所学专业为理工科（电力系统及其自动化或电力工程管理、机械等相近专业）或外贸、外语等相关专业； 


具有大中型电力企业实际工作经验及风电项目投资整体运作经验、熟悉风电项目者优先。 

熟悉风电的原理，参与过风电研究与设计者优先。 

具有丰富的销售和市场工作经验以及大型项目投标、商务谈判经历； 

具备较好的商务谈判技巧和沟通能力，具有一定社会资源关系及文字功底，能经常出差，有发展潜力并且具有独立完成项目的能力。 

知识面较广，具有快速学习的能力和培训他人的能力。 

善于独立思考问题，具备团队合作精神和高度敬业精神。 

能独立进行风电场项目开发前期工作，包括风电场选址、项目核准立项工作等，能够负责项目的规划安排，控制项目进度和费用，有序完成风电项目的实施方案。

Site identification: 

o To find suitable wind farm sites 
o Sign agreements with County, City and Provincial governments for development rights 
Site development: 
o Undertake internal wind farm feasibility assessments, considering technical, commercial and environmental aspects 
o Negotiate and implement contracts for installation of wind measuring equipment, wind farm site rights and feasibility studies 
o Effectively undertake site design and manage design institutes throughout the feasibility study, environmental and grid connection reports 
o Attain all necessary approvals for sites and prepare for financing 
Technical functions: 
o Operate GIS programs (MapInfo) to assess areas of search 
o Site design utilising WindPro, WAsP and AutoCAD programs 
o Detailed analysis of wind data 
Commercial liaisons: 
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant government and commercial entitities for site rights, approvals and strategic partnerships 


Other Activities 

Assist with general company activities as required, for example ISO 9001 accreditation 
Strategy development 
Training as required 
Reporting
