详细职位内容：
 1. Main responsibilities
Checking vouchers and preparing payments
Check the supporting documents attached to the claim form and their consistency with the nature of expense claimed.
Prepare payments to suppliers and to staffs.
Careful review of leaver’s accounts (staff who have announced to leave company)

Assist for period closing
Responsible for maintaining accounts ledger and journals
Follow the closing timetable to do their specific jobs assigned
Processing the transactions into the financial system 
Self checking before real processing

Filing the vouchers 
Timely filing of vouchers after closing
Searching vouchers if required 
Keep vouchers in a good order 

Assist for internal and external reporting
Preparation of internal management reports 
Preparation of external reports
Preparation of group reports using group’s reporting systems (Carat / Planifi)

Audit file preparation for reconciliation purpose
Analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts and reconciliation with trial balance
Bank reconciliation

Training temporary staffs
Knowledge transfer to temporary help staff

Communication with external partner
Communications on daily operational matters with all external partners : banks, suppliers, distributors, tax authorities, SAFE …

Internal control
Strictly follow and apply internal procedures and controls implemented by the company.

Other
Any other reasonable and lawful duty in relation to the Department activity

2. Basic requirement
College major in Professional accounting.
1-3 year’s working experience in Multinational company 
Good working level of English.

3. Preferable quality
Proven technical skills in required accounting, tax, cash management, financial systems and Excel 
Able to work independently but also to inform superiors when facing difficulties
Good communication skills in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
Team spirit
