 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Lead in development sales plan, strategy in Southwest China Region
-Lead sales team in Southwest China to hit annual sales target
-Develop new distribution network that covers the major industrial and automotive markets for tools in China
-Managing and visiting distributors on a regular basis for commercial negotiation
-Build a sales team can achieve sustainable sales grow and SWAT team development
-Provide sales training to sales persons and channel sales persons.
-Lead sales team to develop key projects in the region.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree,major in engineering, marketing or business administration
-at least 5 years working experience of sales in hand tools aftermarket.
-proficient in ms office and English
-good communication skill in writing and verbally
-sel-motivative and disciplined
-willing to travel and work under pressure.
